Fire Door Inspections
Most commercial buildings (including schools, hospitals, high rise buildings, churches, office blocks, etc) are likely to have Fire Doors. These doors protect the welfare and safety of the building occupants & emergency response teams should a fire occur and require regular inspection. A Fire Door Inspection will indicate whether the doors will fulfil their function in the event of a fire. Fire doors should be inspected annually or after damage to doors or their components.
Seller Inspection
A Seller Inspection reveals problems ahead of time which:
- Allows you time to get competitive quotes or repair defective items
- If repairs to listed items are made you can attach these to the report
- Eliminate last minute price negotiations
- Show good faith to buyers
Insurance / Forensic Inspections
Correct Inspect’s understanding of building systems is frequently utilized to investigate the cause and origin of a failure, determine an efficient cost-effective solution to the problem, oversee the repair, and or provide court testimony. Because we provide an independent inspection and opinion as to the cause of the problem and what can be done about it, our services are requested by home owners, contractors, insurance companies and attorneys.
